  • Parents and community members are invited to offer input regarding the development of the school division’s FY21 budget. The input gathered will be used as we determine the best allocation of resources to support an excellent educational program. We encourage you to lend your voice at one of the following opportunities: 

    budgeting tools such as graphs and computers - Monday, January 13, 6:00 p.m.

       Council Chambers, City Hall (prior to the regular meeting)

    - Tuesday, January 14, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

       High School gym lobby before the JV and Varsity Basketball games

    - Friday, January 17, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

    The development of the Staunton City Schools budget is a complex process and we appreciate your willingness to provide input.  All survey responses must be submitted by February 11, 2020.     An event held each June and sponsored by the Virginia Department of Education and the Partnership for People with Disabilities. Youth with disabilities from across the Commonwealth meet to network and discuss issues of importance to youth and young adults with disabilities.
