Ellen WebbPre-School Teacher
Hi! My name is Ellen Webb. I live with my husband and 5 year old son in Staunton, and we have fostered 11 children. This will be my 12th year of teaching in a variety of states and preschool settings. For the past 10+ years, I have been working in early intervention as a service coordinator and developmental specialist. I have also been a case manager for adults with disabilities and program manager for day support and residential homes for adults with intellectual disabilities. I was born in the old King’s Daughters Hospital, entered Kindergarten at McSwain Elementary, and graduated 13 years later from Robert E. Lee High School. I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University in NC and a M.ED. from James Madison University in Early Childhood Special Education. I enjoy attending conferences to learn things that will make me a better teacher. I love spending time with my family, including my niece and nephew, going to the movies, swimming and reading. My favorite restaurant is Pampered Palate where I love eating the chips and hot dip. My favorite trip ever was to Hawaii.
